Quinnipiac University was ranked as one of the top ten online master’s business programs as reported by U.S. News and World Report in their 2014 rankings released January 8. Dr. Matthew O’Connor, Dean of the School of Business and Engineering, noted that the “rankings reflect the engagement of our online students, the innovation and creativity of the faculty and the dedication and support of the learning specialists at QU online.” The graduate administration team, headed by Dr. Susan McTiernan, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, worked with Cindy Gallatin, Associate Vice President of Online Programs, and her team to consolidate resources and put them into online praxis. The rigor behind this endeavor and the energy and determination of all, particularly the full time faculty that teach online, has QU meriting the number 9 seat in online master’s graduate programs and has earned QU recognition amongst some of the best business schools in the country.
